What do I need to pick up my mirror?
We will contact you by email once your mirror is ready for pickup with our address and opening hours.
Just bring a suitable vehicle for transporting the mirror and we will confirm your order in-store.
Our friendly staff are happy to assist you with moving the mirror to your vehicle.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver across Australia via a range of urban and regional delivery partners. These include companies such as Australia Post, Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please, and more, as well as via a network of independent drivers servicing the East Coast between Cairns and Melbourne.
We also personally deliver mirrors of all sizes to the following regions:
- Brisbane
- Sunshine Coast
- Gold Coast
- Ipswich
- Toowoomba
Handling time is 2 days. We offer a discount for postage on multiple purchases within the areas listed above – please email us for a quote and include the item numbers along with your Postcode and Suburb name.
Shipping time for the Brisbane Area is 3-5 working days. You can expect the mirror in 3-12 working days for Wider Australia.
What happens if my mirror arrives damaged?
Our mirrors are securely packaged and very rarely become damaged during transit. They have been safely delivered all over Australia, including to Perth, Tasmania, and regional South Australia over our 10-year history.
In the rare event that there is damage to your mirror, contact us and we will offer:
- a partial refund to cover the cost of repairs for minor damage such as surface-level paint scratches
- a full refund for irreparable damage, for example, in case of shattered glass
- or a no-cost replacement mirror
Can I buy now and pay later?
Yes, we accept both Afterpay and PayPal’s interest-free ‘Pay in 4’ plans which split eligible orders into 4 payments. First one due at checkout, then pay every 2 weeks.
Do you do custom mirrors?
No, we do not make custom mirrors. All mirrors are pre-made.
Do you install mirrors?
No, however we highly recommend lisenced handyman Justin Castle for installation in the Brisbane area, as he has worked with us for years.

What is your return policy?
Our policy is determined by Australian Consumer Law where we are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind.
If the mirror is defective due to a manufacturing error, we will work with you to repair, replace or refund. Defective mirrors are very rare.
Is there parking?
Yes, we are located on the corner of Milton Rd and Torwood St – you are welcome to park on the Torwood St side or in the showroom driveway.
