Our mirrors are insured for delivery. We check them before they are sent. They are well packed. Please check before you sign off your parcels. We will re-send you a new mirror if you don’t sign it off because it is damaged during delivery.

Shipping time for the Brisbane Area is 3-7 working days. You can expect the mirror in 3-12 working days for Wider Australia.
Refund and Exchange:

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item within a “Reasonable time after shipping”. Please retain your original receipt. All the items need to be in their original condition, not worn or damaged, or altered in any way because they need to remain in resale condition.
